YOU KNOW WHAT REALLY SIZZLES MY SADDLE?

Having to hunt for a sales associate to assist you when purchasing an expensive piece of equipment. They should seek you out, not the other way around. Whatever happened to: "May I help you today?"

I am so tired of needing help and you walk up to two or three of them just yacking to each other. You ask for help and they look at you like you have a large turd hanging out of your nose.

WTF? You actually still believe in the "Can I help you today?" protocol? Everyone is out to earn a dime these days and it doesn't come with the perks of good service anymore.

Tell me about it. I'm not a fan of the big box store and prefer to support the mom and pop places. One day I went my local appliance shop when looking for a new refrigerator and not a single sales person offered to help, although I was making my presence known. The sales people were with other customers, but they could have at least acknowledged me, asked what I needed, and said, "I'll be with you in a minute."

I ended up at Home Depot after all.
